The working environment in Malayan Testing Laboratory is simply crazy!
When I say crazy I mean, literally crazy.
Some of this guys don't even sleep!
All this colleagues of mine are so dedicated to their work that they arrive on time at 9am and goes back like 6 to 7pm.
Now, the actual business hours is 9am to 5pm. That is we all start work at 9 in the morning, and well we can go back at 5pm. But because there is so much testing to do in MTL, most of us have to keep up to the deadline of testing and thus, we have to make sure that every bit of time is used to provide reliable results, fast, efficient, and quick results to our customers.
Generally, the customers of Malayan Testing Laboratory is happy with the services received. The company even has customers who has been testing with the company for more than a decade!!
Anyway generally I'd have work everyday during the weekday from 9am to 5pm, including on Saturdays where I'd have to enter from 9am to 1pm.
The guys and girls here are generally amazing. Love to work with them!They're like family to me. Some of these chemists are simply genius. Gosh I have no idea where they come from, they're the closest thing to dictionaries.

MTL is Hiring
Due to the recent economic crisis, companies were downsizing their workers to keep costs low to ensure that they survive throughout the economic slowdown.
Malayan Testing Laboratory Penang or also known as MTLP, is looking forward to hiring more chemists during this trying economic times to join the family of other experience chemists as the company is expanding its services in other fields of testing.

Welcome to this Blog!
Dear Readers,
You're probably wondering what this blog is all about. Well, let me give you a headstart about myself.
My name is Gin and I just started joining this amazing company called Malayan Testing Laboratory Sdn. Bhd. which hires chemists from all over the country of Malaysia from University Sains Malaysia, University Kebangsaan Malaysia, and many others including chemists from recognized international universities as well.
It's a growing company which provides analytical testing services for all users that requires such services ranging from factories, and individual users.
Its a commercial lab which means that you pay for its testing services. For example, if you are from an international school and you need to ensure that your water has to be clean based on DOE (Department of Environment) standard specifications of American Standards and whatsoever, international schools are able to send their water for testing to Malayan Testing Laboratory Sdn. Bhd. The company I work for!!HOORAY!!
So, in short, the company provides a wide range of testing services to not only factories but to the public as well and I am glad to be part of the family here at Malayan Testing Laboratory. When I say family, I meant the people I work together in the Lab. There are so many chemists working here with different professional backgrounds and I have so much to learn from them.
Chemistry is so wide that it looks impossible for anyone to really master the art of testing. Apparently it takes yearsss for anyone to learn the methods of testing not to say the input of experience required.
As it has been a few weeks now, all I can remember so far is the amount of dedicated work by everybody into providing reliable results to customers. This is how things can look inside the laboratory for the many many years to come.
